Tasks

-Assist with other Strategic Advisory team members as needed. -Aid in building professional reports to present to clients. -Quality control of client reports, ensuring accuracy. -Support in researching and preparing data on stadium and arena development projects: Market/Financial Feasibility, Financing Plans, Negotiation Advisory/Support, Economic/Fiscal Impact Studies, Lease / Real Estate Valuation. -Support team members in performing strategic analysis for sports industry clients. -Perform quantitative data collection and analysis.

What You Bring

-Ability to work in or near Denver, CO. -The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred. -Strong technical skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. -Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Sports Management, or related experience, with an expected graduation date in Spring/Summer/Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027. -Strong organizational, multi-tasking, planning, and time management skills. -Detail-oriented with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
