Construction Manager

Overview

Manage refurbishment and turnaround of vacant residential properties in Central London.

Key Responsibilities

• insurance liaison
• tenancy inspections

Tasks

-Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations -Oversee contractors and ensure works meet quality and budget standards -Liaise with property managers on insurance claims and rechargables -Conduct pre- and post-tenancy inspections -Provide technical advice across departments -Diagnose defects and plan detailed schedules of work -Approve invoices and ensure financial accuracy
