Tasks

-Work with the GM Manufacturing & Technical to ensure implementation and sharing of best practice for enhanced cost efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness. -Assist team leaders in promoting a culture of high-quality manufacturing and the continual maintenance of exceptional health, safety and quality standards -Contribute to the development of Best Place to Work objective through effective people management and talent management -Provide strong site leadership to the Manufacturing Teams and Coach team members in order to ensure continuity of knowledge and skills of manufacturing practices -Participate in Leadership Team activities such as Monthly Site Reviews and Business Planning sessions etc -Lead Health and Safety initiatives, enhancing the manufacturing teams, knowledge of safety policies, advancing the health and safety culture of the site, implementing and supporting quality and environmental standards (ISO9001 and ISO14001), -Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring consistent quality and environmental standards are met within the team.
