Tasks

-Responsible for proper equipment performance and maintenance -Responsible for the daily reporting of costs, inventories and reporting -Support and communicate with Flow Testing Supervisors, Lead Supervisor and Manager -Mentor, train, and document performance with personnel -Contribute to the evaluation and communication of project with both client and manager -Identify, resolve, and support crew and shift needs -Manage a Flow Testing customer location without supervision

What You Bring

-Expert Ability to rig up and rig down equipment, Flow Testing principles and processes -At least 3 years Flow Testing experience -Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record -Excellent leadership ability -High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education, if candidate successfully completes an aptitude and reading comprehension -Ability to work unsupervised -Excellent time management skills -At least 2 year in a supervisory role preferred -Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Flow Testing operations -Proper completion of safety paperwork and incident management
