What You Bring

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects for retail spaces. This role involves managing all phases of construction, from preconstruction through closeout, while maintaining client satisfaction and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has extensive experience coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, and leading multiple fast-paced retail build-outs simultaneously. -5+ years of commercial construction experience with retail TI projects. -Strong organizational and communication skills. -Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
