Overview
Leads and oversees survey teams, ensuring quality, budgets, and project delivery.

Tasks
-Ensure company QA/QC procedures and standards are adhered to by project teams, and assist with project Quality Assurance reviews, as needed, to support complex projects and/or project schedules. -Obtain multi-state licensure as required by CESO to become a signatory for the company. -Apply advanced knowledge of surveying principles and practices to guide project execution and support team decision-making. -Supervise survey teams and serve as a senior technical resource for resolving complex project issues. -Mentor and coach (Sr) Team Leads and surveyors to support skill development, performance consistency, and career growth. -Assist team members by providing technical direction. -Oversee team budgets, labor utilization, and resource planning at the Business Unit level, as led by (Sr) Team Leads at a program and project level, to support efficient project execution and alignment with Business Unit goals. -Supervising direct reports is a key responsibility of this job. -Assist Project Managers and Team Leads in the preparation of proposals, and budgets. -Facilitate regular team meetings to share updates, reinforce standards, best practices, and identify opportunities for performance improvement. -Ensure survey teams meet client program requirements within established budget and schedule constraints.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field; In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a Professional Surveyor license is required. -Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence. -Professional Surveyor (PS) licensure is required; -Experience with managing a survey team is highly preferred. -Minimum of 12 years of professional experience is required. -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, BlueBeam Revu and other applicable software.
