-Ensure tenders meet customer requirements while protecting Sulzer’s profit margins and delivery capabilities. -Lead pricing strategy and commercial terms for UK tenders. -Oversee all tendering activities, ensuring alignment with commercial guidelines and company strategy. -Motivate and monitor performance to ensure excellence and accountability. -Provide accurate sales forecasts and monthly KPI reports. -Negotiate contracts with confidence and precision. -Allocate resources across engineering, hydraulics, costing, and advanced functions to optimise performance. -Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing tendering team.
