Tasks

-Develop and maintain queries, functions, views, and stored procedures to support reporting and troubleshooting. -Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, delivering impactful solutions and supporting proposal development. -Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to evaluate environmental impacts and forecast trends. -Apply commercial acumen to support project planning, budgeting, and risk management. -Support migration of historical data into enterprise systems, ensuring compatibility and formatting standards. -Promote ERM’s technical excellence through participation in conferences, publications, and client events. -Drive development of new data services and automated workflows in collaboration with ERM’s Technical Communities. -Manage and oversee environmental data systems such as EarthSoft EQuIS, Locus EIM, and similar platforms. -Lead meetings and deliver presentations to internal teams and clients. -Coordinate with analytical laboratories to ensure timely and accurate Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs). -Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. -Lead multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule expectations, ensuring high-quality deliverables. -Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and EQuIS Enterprise. -Lead project teams and contribute to service innovation and development. -Develop SOPs, process maps, and documentation to support data workflows and team efficiency. -Integrate and QA/QC data from laboratory, field, and historical sources, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. -Facilitate communication among field teams, laboratories, data validators, and GIS analysts. -Produce borelogs and geological visualizations using tools like gINT, LeapFrog, RockWorks, and EnviroInsite. -Collaborate with project teams to plan sampling campaigns, manage deliverables, and support data reporting. -Support talent development and technical community building. -Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical communities within ERM.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams in a collaborative, client-focused environment. -Advanced proficiency in EarthSoft EQuIS (including Collect, Edge, ArcGIS), Locus EIM, and related systems. -5–10 years of experience in environmental data management or consulting. -Familiarity with programming and analytics tools such as Python, R, KNIME, and SharePoint. -Strong skills in SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate. -Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Rapid promotion potential and consideration for ERM’s Aspire program. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. -Experience with geological visualization tools and GIS platforms (ArcGIS, AutoCAD).
