Tasks

-Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. -Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients. -Lead and manage projects from planning through to handover. -Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed. -Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site. -Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. -Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

What You Bring

-Strong pipeline of work -Proven experience delivering multi-storey projects valued at $50M+. -Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. -Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
