The Role
Overview
Provide SHEQ support for major regeneration project, ensuring compliance and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company systems and processes. -Coordinating with the Group SHEQ team to ensure consistency across the business. -Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. -Leading accident and incident investigations and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. -Maintaining personal competence and contributing to the development of the SHEQ Management System. -Attending and presenting at client SHEQ forums and sharing outcomes across the team. -Supporting project teams with SHEQ advice and guidance. -Monitoring contractor compliance across projects. -Monitoring SHEQ performance and escalating significant findings to the Business Director and SHEQ Manager.

What You Bring
-NEBOSH Construction Certificate, Diploma, or NVQ Level 6. -Environmental qualifications (e.g. IEMA or NEBOSH Environmental Certificate). -Working knowledge of HSG47 and underground utility avoidance. -NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. -Experience in electrical utilities. -IOSH membership (Chartered or Certified preferred, or willing to work towards). -Practical experience delivering projects in line with CDM regulations. -Construction and/or utility sector experience.
