The Role

Overview

Assist projects with cost planning, tender docs, measurement and post‑contract cost management.

Tasks

-Monitoring project costs in line with approved budget -Contributing to the preparation of tender documentation -Assisting in the tendering and procurement of contractors for projects -Assisting with the financial reporting, cost management including recommendations and variation assessments for projects in post-contract phase -Undertaking measurement of drawings -Preparing cost plans and estimates and contributing to the development of more complex pieces of work under supervision

What You Bring

-BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent -Flexible, ability to adapt to different work practices and demonstrate an appreciation of the wider implications of our clients’ projects -RICS APC-qualifying degree -Good time management and prioritisation skills, delivering quality work within deadlines -Ability to work with minimal supervision
