  • Collect and implement feedback on modeling standards
  • Champion Reality Capture across DLR Group, driving innovation and best practices
  • Coach staff in advanced Revit techniques and precision building documentation
  • Lead and inspire Reality Capture Technicians in your region, fostering growth and collaboration
  • Transform 3D point clouds and existing records into accurate, high-quality building documentation
  • Manage project schedules, delivery, and profitability to ensure client and team success
  • Oversee QA/QC of digital drawings + in-progress models and guide projects from BIM kickoff through closeout
  • Partner with leadership to shape and implement Reality Capture BIM standards
  • Communicate seamlessly with the Reality Capture Team to keep projects on track

10+ years
  • Experience with Point Cloud software such as Leica Cyclone/Register360, Field360, 3DR, and CloudWorx
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfraWorks, Recap, Navisworks, BIM360/ACC, and Dynamo
  • Knowledge of Level of Accuracy (LOA) standards for 3D Capture and Level of Detail (LOD) standards for BIM
  • Strong understanding of building documentation best practices
  • Licensed architect or actively working towards licensure
  • Understanding of how to integrate emerging technologies into sustainable and environmentally responsible building design and construction
  • 10-12 years of professional experience, inclusive of at least 5 years of team management experience
  • CSI, USIBD, and Autodesk certifications (or actively working toward certification)
  • Proven ability to manage and collaborate across multiple project teams concurrently

  • Experience with additional software tools such as NavVis, Leica, Esri, and Cintoo
