ME Engineers are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic suitably experienced BIM Lead/Coordinator for pioneering global projects in stadia and sport and entertainment arenas for their London office. You should have the ability to motivate others and be able to work under your own initiative. You will work as part of a team, attending project BIM review meetings and seeing projects through from RIBA Stage 2 conception to RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design. -Good communication skills to liaise with MEP Engineers, Structural, and Architectural Designers -Dynamo, BIM 360, Revizto, and BIMCollab experience an advantage -Knowledge and understanding of principles of MEP distribution services -Ability to create clash reports and managing delivery times with the project team -Experience essential within the MEP aforementioned sectors required -Consciousness on declarative drawing presentation -Willing to learn and input new ideas in the development of efficiency within the Building Services industry -Experience and a deft knowledge in Revit and Navis clash detection software. -Recognition of RIBA stages and PAS codes -Applicants must have the right to work in the UK already in place and be London based or in commutable surrounding areas -Proficiency in Autodesk Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Navis and Clash detection within -MEP Distribution Design hierarchy with spatial accessibility awareness -We are creative problem solvers
