Utility worker handling equipment setup, material transport, cleaning, and basic maintenance.

Tasks

-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings -Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work area -Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols -Transport nonconformance roll/sheets using pallet jacks -Inspect products for quality and report defects or inconsistencies -Assist extruder operator at changeovers

What You Bring

-Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tasks -High school diploma or equivalent preferred -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods -Good communication and teamwork skills -Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
