Tasks

-Define and understand the change impacts on people, processes, and technology to define the best approach for change management, communication, and training. -Develop and execute comprehensive change management, communication, and training strategies to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Digital use cases. -Coordinate the roll-out plans and activities for different use cases across the organization to ensure maximum effectiveness while avoiding overlaps and conflicts.

What You Bring

-Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration, and proven ability to work cross functionally. -Good knowledge of training authoring tools, e.g. Adobe Captivate -Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent experience. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, specifically related to the implementation of disruptive technology in industrial settings. -Bachelor of Science degree preferred. -Project Management or Business Analysis certifications, or equivalent experience is a plus -Experience in project communication and in planning and managing training programs. -Certification in Training and Development or equivalent experience. -8 to 10 years relevant experience in change management and/or disruptive technology implementation roles focusing on roll-out and user adoption -Fluent in English as a business language -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess change impacts and develop effective strategies. -Experience in digital delivery and transformation in industrial setting, preferably within the O&G industry is a plus
