Tasks
The Means & Methods Coordinator will support the ECWE-SRS project by developing, reviewing, and implementing construction methodologies to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. This role works closely with project management, site teams, and subcontractors to optimize construction sequencing, workflow, and productivity while maintaining compliance with all safety and quality standards. -Collaborate with project management and site teams to develop and refine construction means, methods, and sequencing. -Assist in the preparation of construction schedules, resource allocation, and site logistics plans. -Maintain documentation related to means and methods, including reports, change requests, and lessons learned. -Review subcontractor work plans and coordinate integration with overall project methodology. -Liaise with safety and quality teams to ensure construction methods comply with all applicable regulations and best practices. -Monitor and adjust workflows on-site to optimize productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards. -Support the resolution of construction challenges by providing practical, hands-on solutions. -Evaluate project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation.

What You Bring
-Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. -Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. -Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the construction industry. -Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and workflow optimization. -Proven experience in construction means and methods coordination or similar role within large-scale ICI projects.
