Senior Program Specialist/Program Manager

Tasks

-Responsible for monitoring and reporting on project performance. -Conduct briefings and debriefings related to technology integration, task management and mitigation. -Create and maintain project milestones and roadmaps. -Oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all task orders. -Responsible for risk management and budget oversight. -Provide technical, operational and intelligence advisory support that enable the command, its subordinate units, and other strategic and operational partners to integrate within a technology platform. -Mentor, train, and advise senior leadership.

What You Bring

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening. -Excellent written communication skills and ability to write/compile technical information. -Active TC/SCI. -Experience with government IT programs and environments. -Portuguese or Spanish language skills. -Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. -Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems. -Demonstrated experience working within an Agile software development methodology, using the Scrum framework. -Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation is required -PMP certified. -Ability to travel, as needed ~ 5-15%. -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs. -Demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks. -Experience with business process analysis, data management, and enterprise geodatabase modeling. -Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks. -Travel 5-15% of the time
