Conduct sourcing events (if required) in compliance with UK Procurement Regulation (PA23), procuring at lowest cost of ownership and in accordance with the principle of efficiency and best value. This includes covering all commercial, Security, business and legal project risks in contracts and negotiating terms and conditions within own area of responsibility to ensure ongoing value for money throughout the lifetime of the contract.
Managing a portfolio of 3rd party related spend in excess of £10m PA, individual contract values of £2m and contracts of high risk to stakeholder delivery
