Tasks

-Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments -Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently -Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions -Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings -Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers

Requirements

What You Bring

-Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle -Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable -Able to work Thursday through to Monday 10am-5pm (our busiest times!) -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency
