Tasks

-Support model deployment and monitoring of systems along with assessing and integrating new AI tools. -The responsibilities of this role require attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly. -Work cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and Risk on AI governance -Architect and maintain a new AI data infrastructure -Implement ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards to Scout’s first AI data portfolio

What You Bring

-This role may be based out of the future Scout Motors corporate headquarters, which is anticipated to be identified in 2025. This role may be remote to start but will transition to an in-office setting at the headquarters after the location is determined. This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City. -Program Management experience including reporting and documentation. -Residing in New York City: This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City. -5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI operations, or governance. -Familiarity with AI ethics, regulatory frameworks, and risk management. -Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ETL, and data security. -Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time. -Residing in Los Angeles: Scout Motors will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance. -Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc. -Residing in San Francisco: Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Scout Motors will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. -Strong presentation and communication skills. -Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.

About Scout Motors Inc.
