Tasks

-Contribute stakeholder and handover updates to weekly and monthly project reports. -Assist in organizing focus groups involving companies, businesses, and government departments to address project-specific requirements. -Identify stakeholder needs and develop tailored communication and engagement initiatives to address them effectively. -Notify the Integration Manager of any potential delays or issues affecting project milestones due to stakeholder-related concerns. -Act as a key member of the Design Management Team, providing support for stakeholder-related activities under the guidance of the Stakeholder Manager. -Assist in preparing and reviewing document submissions to authorities, tracking submission progress, and providing feedback to the team on required actions. -Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of all incoming and outgoing submissions and related correspondence. -Support the handover process for design contracts, including coordination, documentation, approvals, and obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from relevant authorities. -Contribute to the development of RACI Matrices for internal and external stakeholders to clarify roles and responsibilities. -Support the Project Manager in enhancing stakeholder understanding of new processes and technologies within the program. -Support the implementation of Project Management Plans (PMP) and Project Quality Plans (PQP), ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and facilitating the integration of related systems and processes. -Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders, preparing detailed minutes and action plans. -Prepare reports, manuals, and guideline documents related to stakeholder engagement. -Facilitate structured communication between workstreams, client departments, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. -Attend project meetings as required, track stakeholder-related actions, and follow up on progress to ensure timely resolution. -Coordinate and liaise with Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants, and Contractors to ensure alignment with project requirements.

What You Bring

-Strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including experience working with major entities such as Amana, Green Riyadh, SEC, NWC, SWCC, and others. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. -Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences. -Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with excellent technical report writing and presentation skills. -Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. -Previous experience engaging senior stakeholders on design programs involving multiple internal and external parties. -Background in Technical/Engineering disciplines. -Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening and effective communication. -2 years of experience with a strong focus on Stakeholder Management, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects. -Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). -Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations and standards. -Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. -High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Strong judgment, assertiveness, and diplomacy in managing conflicts and high-pressure situations.
