Overview
Manage pre/post contract strategies and commercial functions for construction projects.

Tasks
-Contribute to relevant project procurement strategies with particular focus on the issuing of tender enquiries, package reconciliations and production of subcontract orders, whilst working with the Commercial Lead to agree main and subcontract final accounts. -Contribute to the project commercial strategies and take ownership for your own subcontract packages, whilst demonstrating an understanding of the implementation of internal and external tender strategies -Maximise project cashflow by effective management of subcontract packages
