Tasks

He`s/she`s main KPI is ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the actual orders. The Elevator & Escalator BOM Design and Customer Order Engineer is working with the customer`s order, providing the specific contract configuration BOM design and non-standard solution design based on the standard offering scope with internal design principal, configure rules and non-standard design reference documents. Moreover, he/she needs to provide technical solution support for the pre-sales orders to ensure the requirement of sales orders. -Provide some feasible suggestions to promote order automation rate. -Cooperating with the PDC to achieve new solutions or products for the actual orders implementation. -Handling the M-E interface requirements. -Compile the non-standard design guidelines. -Provide technical support for orders, especially for pre-sales. -Abide by the policies and procedures established by the company at all levels -Push or lead the standardization of common request from specific customers or areas. -Technical support for the type test and certification related matters. -To extend the scope of the standard product offering, updated related designs and documents. -Handling the orders BOM handling, study the customer`s special requirements especially for non-standard orders, using the configure tools/design tools… to finish the BOM design. -Provide improvement suggestions. -To conduct the non-standard designs and drawings for manufacturing or wiring diagrams. -Utilize the company's tools and resources under the company's guidelines, adhere to all safety policies of the company according to the requirements of the safety management system. -Execute the ECO/MCO wave, well-acquainted with change points, and implement those changes within the related documents\rules\tools, also monitor the implementation result internally and externally. -Root cause analysis and improvement actions for design failure cases, monitor the design quality improvement actions, to continuous improvement the reliability of the design.

What You Bring

Professional Experience Educational Background -Well interpersonal and communication skills. -Able to use common design tools life AUTOCAD, SolidWorks or Eplan… -Knowledge of manufacturing. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in Elevator industry. -Willingness to travel and visit jobsite together with Field team when required -Fast response for manufacturing enquiries including internal and external suppliers. -There will be multiple counterparts working with by close communications: -Fast response for on-site support, including site feedback and installation support. -Willingness to travel between KSA and other TKE factories globally -Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical / electrical engineering -Fluent in English as the base, strong preference for Arabic language -Well knowledge of common office software.
