The Role

Overview

Oversee production, troubleshoot automation, and support tooling in semiconductor fab.

Tasks

-Monitor production lines and check in with operators throughout the day. -Address customer needs related to new tooling for part design and follow up on outstanding orders and equipment repair with vendors or customers. -Create programs for new products and develop new processes. -Review and respond to emails at the start of the day. -Create reports describing production floor issues for vendor or customer feedback. -Install and test new tooling, identify broken sensors, and troubleshoot automated systems. -Engage with die attach operators to identify and resolve any issues. -Document machine repairs and describe issues directly on equipment.

What You Bring

-Experience with automated equipment or pick and place equipment, such as Datacon 2020 Evo. -Semiconductor manufacturing experience is highly preferred. -Requires a BS degree in engineering or a STEM-related field. -Ability to work with automated machinery and tooling installation. -At least 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, although candidates with less experience who are quick learners may be considered. -Proficient in report writing to describe technical problems. -Experience in manufacturing processes and automated equipment. -Strong mechanical foundation and aptitude.
