Overview
Deliver technical product training for Carrier's building automation solutions.

Tasks
-Provide in-person and virtual online technical product training programs to internal employees, customers and/or field support personnel -Administers tests, when required, which accompany technical training sessions -Delivers product demonstrations and conducts training sessions on technical information -Develops and updates training aids and materials -Provide an understanding to students on how Building Automation hardware, software and networking are implemented in a real-world environment. -Stay updated on product and technology changes within the Building Automation Industry. -Convey technical information to a varied audience of technical and non-technical students. -Maintains contact with customers, technical organizations, engineering departments and researches information on product requirements to ensure understanding of the training programs delivered -Provides technical training that generally includes standard modules and may also include customized components -Schedule and track training progress for assigned internal employees including Certification status

What You Bring
-HVAC basics understanding including Air/Water systems, sequences and control theory. -Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work -Theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree, combined with experience -Understanding of Serial and I/P Networking basics -Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of field operations experience OR a High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years field operations experience -Working knowledge of BAS sensors and transmitters, electric actuators, basic control and communication wiring.
