Tasks

-Collaborate with environmental, architectural, and R&D teams to integrate sustainable materials and circular construction principles. -Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects (roads, water systems, soil stabilization, micro-structures, etc.). -Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders. -Mentor and develop the civil engineering team, fostering innovation and accountability. -Drive adoption of green technologies and low-carbon materials in construction processes. -Develop engineering standards, SOPs, and safety protocols in line with national and environmental regulations. -Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. -Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimation, and risk assessments for new projects. -Manage vendors, contractors, and government liaisons for permits and compliance.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline. -Strong understanding of construction management, structural design, soil mechanics, and hydrology. -Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software. -Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. -12+ years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. -Proven experience managing end-to-end infrastructure projects (preferably sustainable or green projects).
