Tasks

-Managing a high-performing cleaning team -Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with the client -Performing administrative functions, such as incident reporting and assisting with staff rosters, etc -Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirements -Provide effective leadership to cleaning personnel, including mentoring and training -Leading and inspiring team members to deliver superior guest experiences -Responding to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries

What You Bring

-Consistent attention to detail -Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control -Must be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance Check -Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery -Previous experience managing a team -Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure -Must have permanent full work rights in Australia -Ability to give direction and instruction to people -Good administrative skills and is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications -Understand customer’s security, environmental and safety requirements -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -A minimum of 1-2 years experience in retail/commercial cleaning
