Tasks

-Build business cases and financial frameworks for decision-making and investor presentations. -Develop financial models and business forecasts to evaluate new initiatives, expansion opportunities, pricing models, and investment decisions. -Act as a trusted advisor and communication bridge between the CEO and business teams. -Drive the CEO’s business review rhythm – monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and provide insights with a strong financial lens. -Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones and ownership. -Prepare executive dashboards, board decks, and review materials with clear data-backed narratives. -Support the CEO in evaluating ROI, cost efficiencies, and revenue optimization opportunities. -Partner with the CEO to conceptualize, build, and execute the company’s demand-supply and growth strategy. -Partner with function heads to drive execution discipline and ensure alignment with CEO priorities. -Use financial modeling and scenario analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation across locations and formats. -Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Real Estate teams to forecast demand, plan capacity, and align supply pipelines. -Lead high-impact projects initiated by the CEO, including new business pilots, partnerships, and process improvement initiatives. -Identify white spaces and support the CEO in planning new center rollouts or product mix adjustments. -Perform deep-dive analyses on market trends, profitability, and center-level performance to guide strategic choices.

If you’re smart, driven, and ready to accelerate your career, this role will challenge and reward you in equal measure. -Structured thinking with ability to manage multiple priorities. -Strategic yet execution-driven; comfortable with ambiguity and pace. -Hands-on experience in financial modeling, business analytics, and P&L understanding. -MBA or equivalent degree (Tier 1 institute preferred). -Excellent communication and executive presence. -Strong financial and analytical acumen. -3–5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business finance, or high-growth startups. -High energy, agility, and ownership mindset. -Exposure to demand-supply planning or strategic planning preferred.
