The Role
Overview
Operate core removal, monitor PLC cycles, and ensure safety/quality in manufacturing.

Tasks
-Operating equipment and performing some manufacturing operations including but not limited to wax assembly, injection, sandblast, grinding, or knockout to determine the best process and to expedite engineering parts. -Will be checking and reporting any Safety opportunities or near miss and ensuring all parts are properly rinsed / flushed after acid process. -Examining finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications and quality. -Performing basic or specifically defined maintenance operations; cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.

What You Bring
-This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law. -Previous experience on Core Removal process or manufacturing will be a plus. -Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. -Evidence of High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. -Able to stand during working hours for long periods of time, ability to read Engineering instructions, demonstrated mechanical aptitude and able to work with chemicals, using proper PPE wearing chemical resistant suits and respirators.
