Tasks

-Manage supplier allocation data based on schedules, pricing, volume agreements, and inventory levels. -Develop KPI dashboards, cost-to-serve models, and supplier performance scorecards using Power BI and AI-driven tools. -Collaborate with procurement, planning, and operations teams to drive supplier accountability and continuous improvement. -Identify deviations between sales and purchase orders; provide exception reports and insights for planners and delivery managers. -Support demand forecasting and inventory optimization initiatives, especially for long lead-time and capital-intensive components. -Evaluate vendor performance, Fleet Center operations, and logistics partners to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and delivery goals. -Analyze and reconcile delivery schedules versus allocations in Anaplan or equivalent systems. -Lead digitization and automation initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and reduce manual effort. -Automate supply-demand analytics to support shipment prioritization during international transloading. -Conduct market, commodity, and logistics analysis to support sourcing and freight optimization strategies. -Support documentation and standardization through SOP development and Lean process improvement initiatives. -Perform analysis of planned, shipped, and delivered orders for projects; identify and close operational gaps. -Issue proactive weekly project alerts highlighting delivery gaps, BOM variances, and schedule impacts. -Manage data integrity and analytics for on-time delivery (OTD) and cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) dashboards.

What You Bring

-Experience with data visualization, process automation, and reporting tools. -Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, S&OP processes, and cost-reduction initiatives. -Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills. -Exposure to Agile project management (JIRA, Confluence) and system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. -Demonstrated success using AI/ML tools or predictive analytics for supply chain forecasting. -Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle SCM, or similar). -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. -Strong analytical, forecasting, and project management skills with high attention to detail. -Experience in solar, renewable energy, heavy equipment, semiconductor, or steel manufacturing industries. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and startup-like environment. -4–6 years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or manufacturing environments.
