Senior Project Manager overseeing complex construction projects from design to completion

Tasks

-Manages one or more very complex projects, involving a combination of the following: Clients with a national geographic footprint; or Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; or, other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc. -Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out). -Manages other Project Managers. -Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic) -Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.

What You Bring

-APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation) -Prince 2 or MSP experience is desirable but not essential -Pre and post contract design /project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle -Excellent communication and organisational skills -JCT &/or NEC Contract Administration (Accreditation a positive) -Robust Stakeholder Management process -Professional Qualification – ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master’s Degree -Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution
