Tasks
-Promote and articulate the value of digital services to clients and stakeholders. -Explore and implement AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. -Foster strong links with the wider AECOM digital ecosystem to ensure PPC is fully integrated and contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives. -Ensure teams are trained and supported in using digital tools effectively (leveraging superusers where appropriate). -Represent PPC in client-facing digital discussions, including bid support (e.g. CCS, Scape). -Provide strategic oversight of core PPC digital platforms, including: -Lead and coordinate a network of regional PPC digital superusers , ensuring consistent rollout and adoption of digital tools. -Act as the digital voice on the PPC Practice Board , influencing direction and championing innovation. -Collaborate with service teams to digitise traditional processes and develop new digital-first solutions. -Lead initiatives to improve digital literacy and confidence across the business. -Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across regions and functions. -Develop, own, and implement the PPC Digital Strategy , ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives. -Support the enhancement and maintenance of systems, including setup, configuration, and feedback loops. -Work closely with the disciplines to embed digital priorities into their remits. -Track and report on digital adoption across PPC, identifying gaps and opportunities. -Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making , innovation, and continuous improvement across PPC. -Support the development of new digital offerings and service lines. -Maintain relationships with software vendors and internal digital teams to ensure tools are fit-for-purpose and evolving with business needs. -Oversee data collection processes to support analytics, reporting, and AI-driven insights.

What You Bring
-Comfortable in client-facing roles and contributing to business development. -Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, APM ChPP, CIOB, ICE) is advantageous -Proven experience in a digital leadership or transformation role within the built environment or consultancy sector. -Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at senior levels. -Deep understanding of digital tools, data, and innovation in a construction consultancy context. -Experience with BIM, AI, automation, and digital twins. -Familiarity with AECOM systems and structure (internal candidates encouraged to apply). -Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into action.
