Tasks

-Take full technical and commercial responsibility for electrical building services projects from concept to completion. -Lead multidisciplinary design teams and maintain close client relationships throughout project delivery. -Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers, promoting best practice and professional development. -Contribute to business development, including preparing fee proposals, attending client meetings, and supporting new opportunities. -Provide input on strategic growth, design standards, and innovation across the practice.

What You Bring

-Degree or HND in Building Services or Electrical Engineering. -Significant experience in a consultancy environment with a proven track record in leading electrical design projects. -Chartered Engineer (CEng) or actively working towards Chartership (CIBSE or IET). -Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
