-Reporting & Business Development: Providing regular updates and identifying opportunities for future growth. -Progress Monitoring: Tracking project milestones, resolving issues, and adjusting plans as needed. -Contract Management: Negotiating changes and managing contractual relationships. -Strategic Leadership: Overseeing multiple site locations, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. -Safety & Compliance: Upholding all health, safety, and environmental standards in line with regulations and company policies. -Project Oversight: Managing resources, timelines, and quality controls to meet project objectives. -Stakeholder & Subcontractor Management: Coordinating with external partners to maintain safety standards and efficiency.

What You Bring

-Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and promote a culture of safety and excellence. -Telecoms & Power Cables: Experience with fibre optic, FTN, or power cable installation. -Certifications: PTS, SMSTS, and other relevant health and safety certifications. -Technical Qualifications: Degree/HNC/HND in civil engineering or equivalent, with relevant industry experience. -Rail Industry Accreditation: CRE sign-off or mentoring towards CRE approval. -Rail & Civils experience: Demonstrable success managing rail infrastructure projects, with knowledge of civils and telecoms installation.
