Tasks

-Develop detailed lease comments and coordinate efficiently with legal teams -Manage multiple active transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely progression through all deal stages -Track critical dates and maintain accurate transaction records in company CRM systems -Create and customize client documentation including kick-off forms, RFPs, and LOIs -Serve as primary liaison between clients, brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process -Perform comprehensive financial analysis of lease transactions and property acquisitions

What You Bring

-3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, preferably with industrial property focus -Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field preferred but not required -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through capabilities -Proficient in financial analysis and real estate modeling -In-office (4-5 days/week preferred) with remote option available -Experience with industry software platforms preferred -Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
