Tasks

-Evaluate and monitor contractor claims, variations, and payment applications, providing recommendations and supporting documentation. -Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Procurement, Commercial, and Project Management) to support contract negotiations and project delivery. -Review, draft, and maintain contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements. -Support dispute resolution, contract closure, and final account processes, maintaining records and ensuring timely resolution of commercial issues. -Prepare contractual correspondence, progress reports, and performance dashboards to ensure transparency and alignment with client and project requirements.

Arabic preferred. -Excellent communication skills are essential to success in this role. -Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or related fields. -Experience working with Ministry, Government Agencies, and Entities. -Minimum of 10 years of experience in government contracts, preferably in GCC countries.
