Tasks
-Manage and coordinate the CFO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and high-level events. -Maintain ownership of assigned projects and proactively drive progress to support departmental and company goals. -Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism. -Serve as a liaison between the CFO and internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-up. -Attend meetings to record minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up on deliverables to align with executive objectives. -Plan and prepare for key financial meetings, board presentations, and cross-functional leadership sessions by compiling materials and documentation. -Assist with special projects, including research, reporting, documentation, and presentations that support financial and strategic decision-making.

What You Bring
-Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach to supporting executive priorities and driving organizational efficiency. -Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strict and shifting deadlines. -At least five years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-suite leadership or senior financial executives -Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of leadership and external partners. -Professional and poised demeanor, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience preparing financial reports and presentations is a plus.
