Strategic Communications Intern

Overview

Support strategic communications, admin tasks, and mentorship within HDR’s transportation group.

Key Responsibilities

• clerical support
• mail handling

• copying
• reception support

Tasks

-Assist with variety of clerical work, such as filing, copying, sorting and delivery of mail -Perform assignments under the direct supervision of your Department Manager, Section Manager or other professionals -Assist receptionist or other administrative staff as needed

Requirements

• 3.0 gpa

What You Bring

-2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA -Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills -Attention to detail a must -Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry -Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program -Basic Microsoft Office skills
