The Role

Tasks

-Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution. -Support preconstruction efforts and field operations. -Promote and enforce safety culture across all projects. -Maintain strong client and team communication. -Track budgets, labor forecasts, and financial reporting (EACs, SITREPs). -Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building codes. -Manage subcontractors, contracts, and procurement (POs, SOWs).

What You Bring

We are looking for Project Managers with at least 5 years of experience delivering safety and quality projects for upcoming task orders at Fort Campbell, KY. -Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook; Timberline a plus. -Visual acuity for reading plans and working on-site. -Experience with federal projects (DoD or civilian agencies) preferred. -Familiarity with EM385-1-1, AHA, and APP documentation. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. -Background in scoping, take-offs, or estimating is preferred. -Regular standing, walking, climbing, and use of hands. -Must read and interpret complex construction drawings. -Proven success managing projects from $1M to $15M+. -Ability to walk uneven terrain and lift up to 25 lbs. -Certifications: OSHA 10/30, ARC First Responder, USACE CQM (preferred). -Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. -5+ years of experience in construction project roles (PM, Superintendent, SSHO, or QC Manager). -Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and security checks. -Willingness to travel as needed. -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
