Tasks

-Strategize with the internal Leasing Operations Manager and third-party property management companies to maximize returns during lease-up -Support the presentation of development opportunities -Collaborate in due diligence investigations -Coordinate with construction personnel as necessary to meet budget and timing targets -Participate in zoning, entitlement, and permitting activities -Participate in establishing a project timeline as well as spending forecasts -Assist in decision-making regarding product, mix, parking, and design -Support underwriting efforts, including an analysis of market information, operational expense data, and estimated hard and soft costs -Support deal source and underwrite development opportunities -Participate in a compilation of components for investment packages -Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company -Coordinate communication and progress with local officials, brokers, consultants, etc.
