Tasks

-Ensure alignment of design with the client’s brief, budget constraints, and quality standards to ensure integrated and cohesive design outcomes. -Act as the client’s design management representative throughout all project phases. -Ensure compliance with consultants scope requirements. -Review and evaluate all design packages and complete technical documentation submitted by consultants - including Architectural, ID, Landscape, Signage & Wayfinding, Lighting, etc.

What You Bring

-Project execution experience, with a good understanding of construction processes and quality control is a plus. -Familiarity with local authority codes and processes. -Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. -Strong portfolio of large scale mixed-use and commercial developments in the UAE. -10–15 years of relevant experience with reputable consultants and developers, with at least 5 years in a client-side or design management role. -Strong in QA/QC, analytical and communication skills. -Proven ability to manage and ensure coordinated, quality design is developed and delivered by multidisciplinary design teams.
