Analyze and improve PLM processes, gather requirements, and guide Teamcenter solutions.

Tasks

-Analyze PLM business processes and workflows, such as NPI, document management, change control, and item/BOM management, to identify areas for improvement and automation. -Develop detailed functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to deliver effective PLM system solutions, including CAD data management and ERP integrations. -Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage PLM project timelines, and ensure clear communication throughout the software development lifecycle. -Gather, document, and validate PLM business and technical requirements from stakeholders including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain departments, i.e. the entire value chain. -Act as a subject matter expert in PLM systems, providing guidance and training to end-users and supporting adoption of best practices.

What You Bring

-Ability to translate PLM business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. -Deep knowledge of PLM process areas: NPI, document management, change control, and item/BOM management. -Familiarity with Revit and the Autodesk construction suite preferred -3–10+ years of Teamcenter experience -Strong analytical and documentation skills. -Experience working with global teams and managing multiple stakeholders. -Solid understanding of CAD data management (especially SolidWorks, AutoCAD, OrCAD, and Altium) and ERP integration concepts.
