The Role
Overview
Assist foreman with water tower inspections, cleanouts, repairs, safety & rigging.

Tasks
-Document and inspect personal safety equipment daily. -Operate/understand all rigging procedures. -Responsible for completing own time card. -Communicate with foreman on tasks to be done and game plan for the day. -Assist in cleanup of job site daily and at the end of the project. -Document and inspect rigging equipment daily. -Assist in unloading equipment/rigging from maintenance rig.

What You Bring
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision -Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in written form -Ability to accept responsibility and account for own actions -Must be able to work outside in both a hot and cold environment. -Must be able to traverse construction sites by climbing, balancing, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying materials. -Must be able to climb up to heights of 200 feet. -Must have enough manual dexterity and stability as required for precision work. -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. -Must be able to see details at close range.
