Tasks
-Collaboratewith corporate resources (Technical, Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics) to deliver exceptional service to ARDEX customers -Build Relationshipswith partner distributors, specialist flooring/tiling contractors, general contractors, architects, and key business influencers. -Promote Productsthrough hands-on demonstrations, presentations, and professional displays -Drive Sales Growthof ARDEX and Henry products -Exceptional Standards -represent ARDEX as the industry leader for exemplary professional standards and a 'customer first' approach.

What You Bring
-Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be able to travel daily throughout assigned territory, including some overnight. -High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused -Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements -Able to lift to 70 pounds on occasion, with a carrying capability of 55 pounds. -Four (4) year college degree is preferred, or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant industry work experience. -Able to operate non power and power tools. Good mechanical or hands-on skills to meet the needs of intensive and physically demanding field support and service -Minimum 5 years outside sales experience is essential. Knowledge of building materials industries is required. Knowledge of flooring installation systems is desirable -High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement -Must be able to conduct product presentations and demonstrations confidently and professionally -Field Service & Supportincluding job start assistance, bid preparation, and distributor/installer training
