Slot Technician- Full-Time

Tasks

-Ensure all Fontainebleau core values, property, and department standards are implemented and applied -Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all machines -Maintain consistent adherence to Fontainebleau customer service standards -Maintain accurate inventory of parts issued -Document repair, preventive maintenance, machine prep, standard power analysis, and pre-site work, as required -Assist vendors as needed -Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Fontainebleau appearance standards -Verify all configurations are accurate and match supporting documentation -Perform the installation, relocation, removal, and game conversion of slot machines in accordance with regulatory compliance, approved policies, and internal controls -May be required to assist soft count during drops as required -Deliver and maintain a high degree of guest service -Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards -Resolve technical problems and perform program upgrades and download setup -Follow documentation, policies, and procedures and perform tasks with minimal supervision -Work with other casino personnel to perform guest service recovery, verification of jackpots, and fix machine malfunctions -Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of casino equipment which will include slot machines, kiosks, and table games equipment -Maintain good working relations with all levels of the organization and external vendors

What You Bring

-Must possess a thorough knowledge of the mechanics, electronics, and electrical functions of gaming machines -Working knowledge of all NGCB rules, regulations, and Internal Controls -Must be able to read and translate wiring diagrams -Knowledge and understanding of AC/DC fundamentals -Interpersonal skills with focused attention on guest needs -Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, nights, and weekends -Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery; to do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, deal with service shortfalls, and prioritize customer needs -Knowledge of tools and experience using the tools is required -High School Diploma required -Must be computer literate and have documented technical experience -Three (3) years of electronics, repair, or slot technical experience, preferably from a large, high-volume luxury resort and casino -Must possess sound business judgment, a high degree of personal motivation, and a very strong work ethic
