Tasks

-Obtain and coordinate resources needed to service projects and build strategic operational plans. -Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. -Responsible for the management of sales, and relationships with large and high-profile clients. Identify latest sales opportunities and improvements within existing accounts. -Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans. -Troubleshoot escalated open issues and tasks, working closely with both Sr. level internal and client cross-functional teams. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for key systems and processes for projects. -Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. -Consult with Sr. sales professionals to define complex project requirements. Investigate various approaches to attain end results. Develop action plans for high-potential risks. Ensure the team implements in a timely manner. -Review service level performance reports to ensure client service levels are met and exceeded. -Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. -Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity. -Direct the client and project team regarding the scope of work and responsibilities. Daily performance and ongoing delivery against contractual obligations

What You Bring

-In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. -Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. -Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. -Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. -Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
