The Role

Overview

Conduct topographic, building and laser scanning surveys, process data, and produce deliverables.

Tasks

You’ll support a wide variety of projects across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, education, and infrastructure sectors — using the latest survey technology to deliver high-quality data to clients across the UK (and occasionally overseas). -Create deliverables in AutoCAD and N4ce (or similar) to company standards. -Process and analyse field data to produce 2D/3D survey drawings and point clouds. -Work collaboratively with engineers, planners and project teams to meet client requirements. -Register and refine laser scan data using relevant software (e.g., Leica Cyclone, Register360). -Undertake topographical and measured building surveys using robotic total stations, GNSS and laser scanning equipment. -Present data clearly, prepare short reports, and assist in QA reviews.

What You Bring

If you’re a Geospatial Surveyor who thrives on technical quality, new technology, and collaborative working, get in touch for a confidential chat. -Full clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site work. -HND / Degree in Surveying, Geomatics or related discipline, or equivalent experience. -Strong communication skills and attention to detail. -Confident using Leica instruments (Total Station, P40, RTC360, BLK2GO, or similar). -Experience with N4ce (or similar) and AutoCAD essential; Revit experience beneficial.
