Tasks

-Utilize and manage our CRM to capture/enter all customer information -Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals -Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics, win business -Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand prospective client needs, create proposals and make presentations -Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients -Well-organized within a structured sales process, capable of guiding clients from initial contact to final sale -Manage the project sold to ensure completion of scope of work through independent contractors

What You Bring

-Previous sales training is advantageous -Familiarity with CRM software -Experience in project or construction management is a plus -Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations or conduct one-on-one meetings effectively -Experience with short sales cycles and strong closing abilities -Proven history of success in external B2B sales roles -Exceptional skills in relationship building and influencing others -Charismatic and engaging personality -Minimum of 2 years of experience in external B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, maintenance, or related sectors
