The Role
Overview
Sell new homes and guide clients through the homebuying process in NC.

Tasks
-Maintain consistent client communication, documenting interactions, and ensuring top-tier customer service. -Assist in attracting and persuading prospects to build a True Home. -Inspect communities, models, and signage to ensure a professional and inviting sales environment. -Register all client visits and communication in CRM and provide timely follow-up. -Engage with clients immediately upon entering the sales office to create a seamless experience. -Execute the follow-up process with prospects and document all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

What You Bring
-Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. -Demonstrate alignment with True Homes’ culture and values. -1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience (required). -High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. -Ability to work weekends on a regular basis (with two consecutive off days) -Active state real estate license or willingness to enroll in a state-approved real estate licensing course (required). -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. -Formal sales training, B2B experience, broker experience, and leadership experience preferred. -1+ years of quota-bearing, commission-based sales experience (required).
