Tasks

-Oversee quality of work via inspections, KPIs, and customer satisfaction surveys. -Monitor and manage material costs, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures. -Ensure high-quality service delivery through effective work scheduling aligned with company procedures, standards, and SLAs. -Represent WPS at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager. -Lead and develop your team, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet service demands. -Manage the responsive repairs function to consistently meet performance targets.

What You Bring

-SSSTS qualification (minimum requirement) -Proven experience in property maintenance or housing disrepair -Solid understanding of relevant legislation and social housing regulations -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve, multitask, and meet tight deadlines -Full UK driving licence 🚗 -Strong supervision and leadership skills
